This guide provides instructions on how to connect your ACEMAPP account with Complio (American DataBank).

From your student or faculty home screen, click on the Complio logo in the "Vendors" window, which will open a new tab.
A splash screen will open. Click the green "Go to American Data Bank / Complio" button to go to your Complio account.
NOTE: The Last Data Date area indicates when ACEMAPP received your account's last piece of data. If you are not connected to your Complio account, this will display "Never." If your accounts are linked, you should see a date and timestamp in this field.
You will be prompted to log into your Complio account. Enter the Username and Password associated with your Complio account.
NOTE: To successfully link your accounts, the email addresses MUST match between your ACEMAPP and Complio accounts. If the email addresses do not match, please update your ACEMAPP Profile to include the email address associated with your Complio account. Then, repeat Steps 1 - 3 to connect your accounts.
If your email address is not found in Complio's system, you will be presented with a screen to Create an Account. Fill out all of the required information to create your account in Complio.
If Complio recognizes your email address in their system, you will be taken to a page where you may link your account.
Log in and verify your information is correct.
Depending on where you are in the Complio process, you may need to place an order for immunization and document tracking subscription. If you have a current vaccination and document tracking subscription in Complio, you are ready to provide documentation of your immunizations and other compliance requirements.
In ACEMAPP, your requirements will show green checks for each completed item through Complio. You will also notice completion and/or expiration dates for these items in their respective columns.
