From your home page, click the "Reporting" button on your navigation bar to open the Reporting Dashboard.
Locate the Unit Schedules report and click "Run Report."
Click the "View" dropdown and select either "List" or "Calendar."
Set the "Show Assigned Student Info" toggle to "Yes" to show the assigned student's name and phone number in the report. If this toggle is set to "No," the number of assigned students will be displayed in the report, without the student names and phone numbers.
Set the "Check for Conflicts" toggle to "Yes" to show conflicting rotations in the report.
Set the "Check for Unit Conflicts" toggle to "Yes" to show whether the rotation has any unit conflicts. Unit conflicts occur when the rotation's scheduled days or shift times do not align with the unit's configured shifts, and when the number of assigned students exceeds the unit shift's capacity.
Apply additional filters if needed. By default, this report will pull all programs on the clinical site. To filter by specific programs, use the "Select specific programs" filter.
Once you have set your filters, click "Submit."
After running the report, you can choose to Generate a PDF or Generate an Excel File. Once you have selected either the "Generate PDF" or " Generate Excel" file, you can download it for your records.
You can review and approve rotations by unit by clicking the "Rotation ID Number" and opening the Manage Rotation page in another tab. Click the rotation ID numbers listed under the "Conflicts" column to view the manage page for the conflicting rotation.
NOTE: In order to view the rotation, you must have admin access to the program set on the rotation.
The "Unit Conflicts" tab will indicate "Yes" if the rotation has unit conflicts, and "No" if the rotation has no unit conflicts. A dash (--) indicates that there are no shifts configured on the unit for the days of the week that the rotation is scheduled.
Review unit conflicts by clicking the rotation ID, then clicking the "Align Unit Shifts" tab. See our help desk guide: Align Unit Shifts - Unit Conflict Checker
