Getting Started with ACEMAPP Go

Welcome to ACEMAPP Go! The mobile app is designed for students, faculty, high school students, and observers, making it easy to manage onboarding requirements, upload documents, complete assigned learning, and stay informed while on the go.

Note: Some features are only available through the ACEMAPP website.


Download the App

ACEMAPP Go is available for both iOS and Android devices.

Download the app using one of the links below, or search for ACEMAPP Go in your device's app store.

Once the app is installed, open it and sign in using your ACEMAPP account.


Sign In

Use the same email address and password that you use to sign in to ACEMAPP on the web.

If you are signing in for the first time, you must first activate your account and create your password through the ACEMAPP website before signing in to the mobile app.

If you have enabled Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) on your account, complete the verification process when prompted.

If you have forgotten your password, tap Forgot Password on the sign-in screen to reset it.

Note: Account activation, email verification, and Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) setup must be completed through the ACEMAPP website.

Navigate the App

After signing in, you'll be taken to the Home screen where you can access your onboarding requirements, learning materials, clinical rotations, and other assigned tasks.

Tap your avatar to open the account menu.

From the account menu, you can:

  • Profile: View and update your profile information.
  • Account: View your account information.
  • Switch Member Types: Switch between your available member types.
  • Contact Us: Contact ACEMAPP Support.
  • View Mode: Turn the app's dark theme on or off.
  • Log Out: Sign out of ACEMAPP Go.

Complete Your Profile

Before completing onboarding requirements, make sure your profile information is complete.

Depending on your school or organization, you may be required to provide:

  • Personal information
  • Contact information
  • Emergency contact information
  • Additional profile details

Keeping your profile up to date helps ensure your onboarding requirements can be processed correctly.


View Your Requirements

Your Home screen displays your onboarding requirements and their current status.

From your requirements, you can:

  • Review requirement details
  • View due dates
  • Read requirement instructions
  • Check approval status
  • Review comments from reviewers

Select any requirement to view additional information or complete the requirement.


Upload Documents

Many onboarding requirements require supporting documentation.

ACEMAPP Go allows you to:

  • Take a photo using your device's camera
  • Upload an existing photo or PDF
  • Replace previously uploaded documents (when permitted)
  • Review uploaded documents

For the best experience, ensure your documents are clear, readable, and complete before uploading.


Complete Assigned Learning

If your school or organization has assigned learning materials, they can be accessed directly through the app.

Your progress is automatically saved as you complete assigned content.


Enable Notifications

Allow notifications when prompted to receive important updates, including:

  • Upcoming requirement due dates
  • Expiring requirements
  • Assigned learning
  • Important account notifications

Notification settings can be changed at any time through your device's settings.


Frequently Asked Questions

Can I use my existing ACEMAPP account?

Yes. The mobile app uses the same account credentials as the ACEMAPP website.


Do I need to create a new account?

No. If you already have an ACEMAPP account, simply sign in using your existing email address and password.


Can I complete all of my onboarding in the app?

Most onboarding tasks can be completed using the mobile app. Some features or functions may still require using the ACEMAPP website.


Why don't I see all of my requirements?

Your available requirements depend on your school, program, organization, and assigned rotations. If you believe something is missing, contact your school or organization for assistance.
