View Your Clinical Rotations in the ACEMAPP Go

The Rotations screen provides a complete view of your assigned clinical rotations and the onboarding items required for each rotation.

Each rotation displays all required onboarding activities, including document requirements and assigned learning materials, helping you determine whether you are ready for your clinical experience.


View Your Rotations

  1. Sign in to ACEMAPP Go.
  2. From the Home screen, tap Rotations.

If you have one active rotation, you are taken directly to that rotation's onboarding items.

If you have multiple active rotations, the Rotations screen displays each assigned rotation, along with a summary of its onboarding items and their current compliance status.

Note: The onboarding summary displayed on the Rotations screen is for reference only. To view or complete an onboarding item, open the associated rotation.

Review Rotation Onboarding

The Rotation screen displays all onboarding items associated with the selected rotation.

Depending on your school's or clinical site's requirements, onboarding items may include:

  • Document requirements
  • Learning materials
  • Assessments
  • SCORM courses
  • Other assigned onboarding activities

Items are grouped by their current compliance status to help you quickly identify any actions that are required.


Understanding Rotation Statuses

Complete

The onboarding item has been completed successfully and is currently compliant.


Expiring

The onboarding item is currently compliant but will expire soon.

Complete or update the onboarding item before its expiration date to remain compliant.


Incomplete

The onboarding item has not been completed or is no longer compliant.

Complete the onboarding item before the start of your clinical rotation.


Monitor Your Rotation Compliance

Review your rotations regularly to ensure all onboarding items are completed before your clinical experience begins.

Items marked Incomplete or Expiring should be completed or updated as soon as possible to maintain compliance.


Frequently Asked Questions

Why don't I see a rotation?

Rotations are assigned by your school or clinical site. If you believe a rotation is missing, contact your school or clinical site coordinator.


Why doesn't my rotation show all onboarding items?

Onboarding items are assigned based on your school, clinical site, program, and rotation. As assignments change, additional onboarding items may become available.


Why is an onboarding item marked as Expiring?

An expiring onboarding item is still compliant but will expire soon. Complete the required update before the expiration date to avoid becoming non-compliant.
