Upload Your Onboarding Requirements in ACEMAPP Go

Your onboarding requirements must be completed before you can participate in your clinical experience. ACEMAPP Go allows you to review your requirements, upload documents, and track their review status directly from your mobile device.


Open Your Requirements

  1. Sign in to ACEMAPP Go.
  2. From the Home screen, click on Requirements.

The requirement screen displays:

  • Requirement title
  • Compliance status
  • Date Completed
  • Expiration Date (if any)
  • Current status

  1. Tap the requirement you want to complete.

Read the description if one is given and click Continue.

  1. Read the description, click Continue.

The requirement detail screen displays:

  • Requirement Date complete
  • Requirement Expiration Date
  • Current status
  • Requirement Description
  • Completion Date field
  • Select a file (PDF or Image) button
  • Additional Select a file button
  • View previous uploads button
  • Clear previous uploads button
  • Notes section
  • Submit button

Upload a Document

  1. While on the requirement detail page.
  2. Enter a completion date.
  3. Tap Browse.
  4. Choose one of the following options:
    • Photo Library
    • Take Photo to capture a new image using your device's camera.
    • Choose File to upload an existing image or PDF from your device.
  5. Select your document.

  1. Tap Submit.

Tip: Make sure your document is clear, readable, and contains all required information before uploading.


Review Your Upload

After uploading your document, the requirement status will update to indicate it has been submitted for review.

Depending on your school's or organization's review process, your document may remain pending until it has been reviewed.

You can return to the requirement at any time to check its current status.


Requirement Statuses

Your requirements may display one of several statuses, including:

  • Incomplete – Action is still required.
  • Pending – Your document has been submitted and is awaiting review.
  • Completed – Your requirement has been accepted.
  • Denied – Your document was not accepted. Review any comments provided, update your documentation, and upload a new file.

Replacing a Document

If your document is rejected or expires, open the requirement and upload a new document.

Be sure to review any comments provided by the reviewer before submitting a replacement.


Tips for Successful Uploads

  • Upload only the document requested by the requirement.
  • Ensure all text is readable.
  • Capture the entire document when taking a photo.
  • Verify the correct file was selected before uploading.
  • Review any instructions included with the requirement before submitting.

Frequently Asked Questions

Why can't I upload a document?

Some requirements may not allow member uploads. If an upload option is not available, contact your school or organization for instructions.


Why is my requirement still pending?

Documents must be reviewed before they can be approved. Review times vary depending on your school or organization.


Why was my document rejected?

Open the requirement to review any comments left by the reviewer. After correcting the issue, upload a new document.
