Complete Learning Materials in ACEMAPP Go

Your school or clinical site may assign learning materials that must be completed before the start of your clinical experience. Learning materials may include courses, assessments, or SCORM courses.

Note: Access to learning materials requires an active ACEMAPP membership. If your membership has expired or payment is required, you must complete your membership before accessing assigned learning materials.


Access Your Learning Materials

  1. Sign in to ACEMAPP Go.
  2. From the Home screen, tap Learning.

Your assigned learning materials are displayed, along with their current completion status.

Complete a Course

  1. From the Learning Materials screen, tap the assigned course.
  2. Review all course content.
  3. Complete the course until all sections have been viewed.

Your completion status updates automatically when the course has been successfully completed.


Complete an Assessment

  1. From the Learning Materials screen, tap the assigned assessment.
  2. Answer each question.
  3. Tap Submit.

Complete a SCORM Course

  1. From the Learning Materials screen, tap the assigned SCORM course.
  2. Complete all required content.
  3. Close the course after all required content has been completed.

Your completion status updates once the SCORM course reports completion to ACEMAPP.


Learning Material Statuses

Your assigned learning materials may display one of the following statuses:

  • Not Started – The learning material has not been opened.
  • In Progress – You have started the learning material but have not completed it.
  • Completed – The learning material has been successfully completed.

Completed learning materials no longer require any action unless they expire or are reassigned.


Frequently Asked Questions

Why can't I access my learning materials?

Access to learning materials requires an active ACEMAPP membership. Some organizations may also require your profile to be complete before learning materials become available.


Why don't I see any learning materials?

Learning materials are assigned automatically when you meet the requirements established by your school or clinical site. Depending on your organization, learning materials may be assigned based on your school affiliation, program, or clinical rotation.

If you believe learning materials are missing, contact your school or clinical site coordinator.


Why is my course still showing as incomplete?

Verify that you completed all required sections of the course or assessment. If the status does not update after several minutes, close and reopen the app. If the issue persists, contact your school or ACEMAPP Support.
